Betty L. Shingler

Shingler, Betty L. (Hawn), 75, Huntingdon, passed away Saturday April 12, 2025, at the Embassy at Huntingdon Park. Born September 8, 1949, Mill Creek, daughter of the late Robert and Verna Hawn. Preceded in death by her husband, John Shingler Sr.; daughter, April (Hawn) Miller; and a brother, Danny Hawn. Survived by son, John Shingler Jr.; granddaughter, Kendra Shingler; 3 great grandchildren, and sisters, Peggy Himes and Sue Whitsel. Betty enjoyed hunting and fishing. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
