Craig Wilbur Moore

Craig W. Moore, 63, Mount Union, PA entered into eternal rest Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA surrounded by his loving family. Born July 6, 1961, Huntingdon, PA., son of the late Wilbur C. and Erma (Rhodes) Moore. Survived by his spouse and best friend Patrick Jones, adoring sisters and brothers in law, Amber Ford and husband, Mike; Christi Sanders, Lisa Heidel and husband, Jerry; nieces and nephews, Shannon Harbaugh, Stephanie Allen, Alesha DeVita, Kristi Heidel, Richelle King, Ashlyn Flasher, Lauren Hardy, and numerous great nieces and nephews whom Craig was very fond of. Preceded in death by brother-in-law, Jerry Sanders, late husband of Christi Sanders. Craig graduated from Mount Union Area High School, class of 1979. He attended Penn State University in the engineering department. Craig retired from Marshall Erdman after 25 years of service as a senior project superintendent, but most recently was employed at JLG Industries. Craig loved spending time with Patrick traveling the country, attending concerts, walking the lake, planting trees, and landscaping the yard. He also enjoyed spending time with his sisters going for dinner, trips for ice cream, or just spending time sharing memories. Craig treasured his 6 cats, Grayson, Cookie, Georgie, Tabby, Fluff, and Tom. His family and friends will remember him for having such kindness and having a wonderful sense of humor. Craig’s family will miss him very much, but he will never be forgotten. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
