Dolores G. Glass

Glass, Dolores G., 90, State College formerly of Cresson, died April 9, 2022 at Eagle Valley Personal Care Home, Milesburg. Born May 31, 1931, Altoona, daughter of the late William P. and Mildred A. (Norris) Dietzel. Preceded in death by her husband, Joseph M. Glass; brother, William Dietzel; grandson, Matthew Glass; grandson-in-law, Jason Rollison; and numerous sisters and brothers-in-law. Survived by her children, Jeffrey (Judy) Glass, State College; Timothy (Queenie) Glass, Florence, AZ; Nancy Glass, State College; 6 grandchildren, Ian (Becky) Daughtery, Katie (Mike) Havrilla, Angela (Jon) Focht, Jessica Rollison, Jenna (Mike) Holsberger and Judi Glass; 5 great grandchildren, Gracie, Darren, Ellie, J.J. and Jack; sisters, Judith Seagle, Conneaut Lake; Bonnie (Steve) Melek; Diane (Nick) Gesacion, all of Poland, OH; sister-in-law, Carol Bucynski; and numerous nieces and nephews. Dolores was a member of St. Francis Xavier Church and The Red Hat Society. She worked for Tupperware at the distribution center and also at the West End Market, Cresson. She was active at the Senior Activities Center, Cresson and also was a volunteer at the Altoona Hospital. Dolores enjoyed playing golf at the Maple Crest Golf Club, Portage. Most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with her family. Friends and family will be received Monday, April 18, 2022 from 4-7 p.m. and Tuesday, April 19, 2022 from 9:30-10:30 a.m., Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 233 Keystone Ave., Cresson. A funeral Mass will be celebrated following the visitation on Tuesday at 11 a.m., St. Francis Xavier Church, 211 Powell Ave., Cresson, Rev Leo Arnone celebrant.
