Elizabeth M. "Betty" Plewa

Plewa, Elizabeth “Betty” M. (Brutvan), 84, passed away peacefully at home surround by her loved ones on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. Born September 14, 1940, Benscreek, daughter of the late Paul and Violet (Ream) Brutvan. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph J. Plewa. Also preceded in death by two sons, Joseph “Joey” P. and David Plewa. Survived by her children, Debra (Stanley) Noga, Michael Plewa, Susan Pawvluk, and Robert (Carolyn) Plewa; grandchildren, Nicolas Pawvluk, Matthew Plewa, Ciara Shoff, Shelby Plewa, Nancy Plewa, Jared Noga, and Jason Noga; brother, Paul “Sonny” (Mariam) Brutvan; brother-in-law, John (Barbara) Plewa; a special cousin, Vicky (Barry); and numerous nieces and nephews. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoyed Polka dancing. She also liked going camping and planting flowers. Most importantly, she valued spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. At her request, a private viewing will be held for her family.
