Ordanoff, Gerald Clinton, 89, Kistler, passed away Wednesday December 11, 2024, at home surrounded by his family. Born February 3, 1935, Kistler, son of the late Sate and Turza (Palm) Ordanoff. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Myra L. (Mellott) Ordanoff; and a sister, Shirly McKinnley. Survived by daughters, Karla J. Sowers and husband, Bill; Alanna Grove and husband, Carl; and Julie Moist and husband, Steve; 6 grandchildren, Nichole Adams, Steven Moore, Jessica Moore, Jared Grove, Jordan Ernest and Sage Moist; 2 great grandchildren, Jayden Levin and Adler Moist; and a brother, Robert E. Wennick. Mr. Ordanoff was a graduate of Captain Jack High School class of 1953. He then attended the Thompson Business Institute where he received his associates degree. Mr. Ordanoff spent his career working in banking, starting as a teller and retiring as a courier. Mr. Ordanoff most recently attended the Pentecostal Freedom Church. He was a longtime member of the American Legion Country Club where he enjoyed playing golf with his friends. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family and friends. Family and friends will be received on Saturday December 14, 2024, from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon, at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Rockhill IOOF Cemetery.
