Myers, Kenneth J. Sr., 87, Cresson, died June 17, 2015, at UPMC-Altoona. Born Dec. 14, 1927, in Logan, son of the late Kenneth A. and Mary (Kuzio) Myers. Preceded in death by brothers: David, Tom, Harry and Paul. Survived by wife of 65 years, Dorothy (Stafford); children: Kenneth J. Jr. (Rene), Cresson; Catherine Vena (Tom), Portage; and Gary L. (Barb), Cresson; 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; sister, Alice, Ohio; and sisters-in-law, Arlene Myers, Colorado; and Emma and Helen Myers, both of Cresson. Army Air Force veteran of World War II. Retired brick layer from Bethlehem Steel, Johnstown. Enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. Friends received from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at Charles M. Kennedy Funeral Home, Cresson, where funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday. Interment, St. Francis Xavier cemetery.
