Lois P. Kuhn

Kuhn, Lois P., 81, Cresson, passed away September 29, 2018 at her home. Born October 14, 1936, Roaring Spring, daughter of the late Marshall T. and Mary P. (Davis) Johnson. Preceded in death by husband of 12 years, Merle Reihart; husband of 22 years, Harold Kuhn; and companion of 15 years, Alex Bearfield; five sisters, Larue, Anna, Ethel, Marjorie, and Ruth; and eight brothers, Albert, Bill, Lloyd, Robert, Ronnie, Donald, Leon, and Gene. Survived by her daughter, Joyce Drenning, Nanty Glo; grandchildren, Wesley Drenning, Duncansville; Lance Drenning and wife, Sarah, Pittsburgh; Caleb and wife, Colleen, Cresson; Jen Marie and husband, Zach, Lilly; great-grandchildren Emma, Liam, Leah and Eli; and twin brother, Lewis Johnson, James Creek. Lois enjoyed working as a restaurant and bar operator. She liked going to the Moose to play bingo and being a housewife. Her later life was spent in church and social gatherings with family and friends. Friends and family will be received Saturday, October 6 from 2 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m., Kennedy-Anderson Funeral Home, Pastor Gary Shingler of Cresson Alliance Church, officiating.
