Patricia A. Drake

Drake, Patricia A. (Woodward), 82, Mount Union, went to be with the Lord on Friday December 16, 2022, at home surrounded by her family. Born March 8, 1940, Huntingdon, daughter of the late Harry and Laura (Price) Woodward. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Gary S. Drake; 3 children, Homer Ripple, Josephine Harris and baby girl Ripple; siblings, Martha Lauver and Orin “Butch” Woodward. Survived by children, Tina Sheeder and husband, Wyatt; Patty Zook; Wayne Ripple and wife, LouAnn; Gary S. Drake Jr. and wife, Beth; and Mark Drake and wife, Shilo; 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren; sisters, Donna Drake, June Stewart, and Sharon Vaughn; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Patricia was a member of the Hands of Grace Church and active in her community and loved volunteering with the church’s foodbank. She also enjoyed playing BINGO and cooking. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family and friends—especially her many grandchildren. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday December 27, 2022, from 4 p.m. until the time of service at 6 p.m., at the funeral home, Pastor Danny Neff, officiant.
