Gladfelter, Patricia G. (Kauffman), 88, Mill Creek, passed away on Saturday March 22, 2025, at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital. Born August 26, 1936, Mifflin County, daughter of the late Raymond Wagner and Helen Kauffman. Survived by children, Russell Aumiller, Sharon Grainey, David Aumiller and wife, Tina (Lewis); Lisa Glover and husband, Eric; and Thomas Gladfelter; 10 grandchildren, Nicole Ross, Natasha Harris and husband, Jason; Jason Grainey and wife, Alesia; Christopher Grainey, Teri Grimm and husband, AJ; Zachary Cramer and wife, Maeda; Heather Tuefel and husband, Zach; Brandy Grimes and husband, John; Matthew Glover and companion, Ashlee; and Morgan Glover and companion, Cole; 21 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren; siblings, Constance Weaver, Linda Fortney; Charles Wagner and wife, Shirley; and sisters-in-law, Doris Kauffman and Doris Wagner. Preceded in death by son, Richard Aumiller; siblings, Donald Kauffman, Richard Wagner; and a brother-in-law, Robert Weaver. Patricia was a plant supervisor at US Sports and manager at the Mill Creek Fire Hall. She enjoyed playing shuffleboard and served as the shuffleboard league secretary for many years. She was also a member of the Mill Creek Fire Hall Ladies Auxiliary. Patricia was a member of the Juniata Valley #121 Order of the Amaranth. She enjoyed camping and visiting her favorite restaurants with her family and friends. Patricia loved to spend her time at various fields and rinks supporting her grandchildren at their sporting events. Family and friends will be received on Saturday March 29, 2025, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon, at the funeral home, Pastor Joey Fleck, officiant. Interment to follow at Newton Hamilton Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heath-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 61 E.
