Buck, Paul H., 87, Cresson, passed away December 22, 2021, at his niece’s home in Perry, Ohio. Born December 12, 1934, Cresson, son of the late Adrian J. and Margaret C. (Latterner) Buck. Preceded in death by siblings, John A. Buck, Margaret “Bernie” Laverne Buck, Patricia A. Muffie, and William F. Buck. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Paul was a US Army veteran. He retired as a butcher from Latterner’s Grocery Store in Cresson. Paul was an avid gardener at home and for the Sisters of Mercy at Mt. Aloysius. He was a puzzle master and enjoyed doing home improvements and making fudge. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his extended family, who loved him dearly. A funeral Mass will be celebrated, Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at 11 a.m., St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Rev. Leo Arnone celebrant. Military honors will be provided by the Cresson American Legion, Sankertown VFW and other local military organizations. Interment St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery.
