Paula A. George

George, Paula A. (Ahles), 78, Cresson, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023 peacefully at UPMC Altoona. Born April 21, 1945, Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late Pollard J. and Luella K. (Godfrey) Ahles. Survived by her husband, Patrick George; four children, Joann Horn, James (Amanda) Coudriet, Cheryl Bush and Kathy Netterblade; 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Ray Ahles. She enjoyed playing Bingo and going to festivals. At Paula’s request there will be no viewing. A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 6 p.m., Mainline Area Community Center, Cresson. Inurnment St. Aloysius Cemetery, Cresson. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions or pet supplies may be made to the family to benefit the Central PA Humane Society.
