Robin E. (Fortson) Hoch

Hoch, Robin E. (Fortson), 60, Chambersburg, passed away Friday February 28, 2025, at home. Born April 7, 1964, Huntingdon, daughter of the late Margaret Fortson. Survived by her loving husband, Christopher R. Hoch; children, Shawn Fortson, Tyler Boots, and Marissa Fraley; 2 grandchildren, Keshawn Lester and Abrianna Fortson; 3 great grandchildren, Olivia, Ari’yella and Xander; and siblings, David Fortson, Howard Fortson, Kenneth Fortson and Linda “Pooch” Fortson. Preceded in death by siblings, James Fortson, William “Hun” Fortson, Mary Catherine Banks and Marsha Washington. Robin was a 1982 graduate of Mount Union Area High School. She attended the Bethel AME Church, Mount Union. Robin was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and hosting family gatherings. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family and friends. Family and friends will be received on Friday March 7, 2025, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon, at the funeral home, Pastor Sylvia Morris, officiant.
