Sandra Jean Vaughn

Vaughn, Sandra Jean (Fetzer), 78, Mount Union, passed away Saturday November 23, 2024, at Embassy at Huntingdon Park. Born March 10, 1946, Bellefonte, daughter of the late Harry and Dora (Audrey) Fetzer. Preceded in death by stepfather, Kenneth Dubbs Werner; and foster parents, Bertha Utley and Scott Crotsley. Survived by her loving husband of 60 years, James R. Vaughn; a daughter, Tracy Flagle; 3 grandchildren, Hunter Flagle, Jocelyn Flagle and Riley Ritchey; and 2 brothers, Barry Lee Fetzer and Rick Fetzer; several step siblings, half siblings, and 26 foster siblings. Sandra was a 1964 graduate of Southern Huntingdon County High School. During her life she worked various jobs in retail. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held later at the convenience of the family.
