Sarah A. Frederick

Frederick, Sarah A. (McCauley), 66, Thompsontown, passed away December 25, 2021, at her daughter’s home in Mount Union. Born July 28, 1955, Japan, daughter of Ryoko McCauley and the late Melvin McCauley. Preceded in death by granddaughter, Tori Frederick and brother, Luke McCauley. Survived by children, William Frederick; Ryoko Frederick and companion, Eddie Walker; and Crystal Frederick and companion, John; 11 grandchildren, Shanelle, Brent, Austin, Landon, Latisha, Cody, Vernon, C.J., Daniel, Caprial, and Talia; 4 great greatgrandchildren, Amelia, Alaia, Jayceon, Taryn, Christopher, and Carson; siblings, Ruby Kensinger, Betty Russell, Jim McCauley, and Linda McCauley. Sarah attended Juniata Valley Schools and worked as a caregiver for many years. She enjoyed crafts, picnicking, and doing diamond paintings. Most of all Sarah loved to spend time with her family and friends—especially her grandchildren. At the request of Sarah and the family all services will be private.
