Shirley Jean Wray

Wray, Shirley Jean (Lamberson), 80, Orbisonia, passed away Saturday October 28, 2023, at Embassy at Woodland Park. Born April 23, 1943, Huntingdon, daughter of the late Irvin T. and Elizabeth Jean (Kelly) Lamberson. Survived by her companion, Fred Taylor Sr.; children, Teressa Bilger and husband, Carl; Brian “Tiny” Wray and wife, Donna; and Leslie Wesolowski and husband, Anthony; 3 grandchildren, Carl Bilger Jr., Tyler Wray and wife, Shannon; and Christopher Wray; stepchildren, Tina Lewis and husband, Ron; Fred Taylor Jr., and Joseph Taylor and wife, Kristen; step grandchild, Lisa Starr; step great grandchildren, Kara Chilcote, Kent Leonard, Brian Starr and Brianna Starr. Preceded in death by her husband, Hulbert “Toby” Henry Wray; children, Thomas Henry Wray, and Linda Jean Wray; stepson, John Taylor; and sister, Elaine Lamberson. Shirley attended New Life Fellowship Church. She enjoyed reading her Bible. Shirley also liked cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates. She was also fond of painting. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family and friends. Family and friends will be received on Friday November 3, 2023, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m., at the funeral home, Joseph Barrett, officiant.
